Lily Allen pregnant reveals Sam Cooper

Posted: 11 Jun 2011 10:09 AM PDT

TBT - Popstar Lily Allen celebrated her marriage today - as her new husband announced she was pregnant.

Overjoyed Sam Cooper revealed the news in front of friends and family at the wedding breakfast.

A friend told the Mail: 'There were tears all around.

'This is the happiest day of Lily and Sam's lives and they are so in love. This is the icing on the wedding cake!'

While the lace dress nipped in her waist it also boasted a fishtail skirt and Lily was wearing an elaborate lace headdress with a flower detail on the side of her veil.
The bodice of the dress was covered with lace detail with sleeves in a similar style to that worn by the Duchess of Cambridge in April.

In her hands Lily carried an small and delicate rose bouquet which mixed cream, peach and baby blue flowers together.

She waved to the waiting crowds and was beaming broadly as she made her way into the church with her father.

And she and Keith appeared to share a joke together as they made their way to the ceremony.

Lily Allen couldn't hide her excitement yesterday as she arrived for the final rehearsal ahead of her wedding this weekend to fiancé Sam Cooper.

Yesterday the singer had looked radiant as she arrived at St James the Great church in Cranham, Gloucestershire, for some final preparations before her big day.

Wearing a pretty blue dress, beige cardigan and green wedges, Lily clutched a folder as she made her way into the venue.

Painter and decorator Sam, meanwhile, went for a more laid-back look in jeans, a black jumper and brown shoes.

The couple were met at the venue by Lily's father Keith Allen, who entertained his family with a song on the ukulele, before they did a run-through in the church with their vicar.

Lily and Sam are thought to be going for a traditional English wedding, judging by their save-the-date card sent earlier this year which featured a mock-up of the couple on the back of a tractor.

One resident said the couple are hoping to enjoy an English country wedding.
'She is very generously going to use the village choir,' she said.

'She wants to have a typical village wedding. She is very sweet.

'She has come to the village and is asking for help where she needs it. We hope it goes well.'

And it seems Lily was more than a little excited about her big day.

Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer Movie Review

Posted: 11 Jun 2011 09:48 AM PDT

TBT - Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer is based off the children's series by Megan McDonald and they are extremely popular among young girls. Now Judy Moody is on screen in real-sized technicolor and she is winning over hearts everywhere.

If you aren't familiar with the book series, it's probably because you don't have a young girl in your house. But you're not alone. I hadn't read any of the books before seeing this film and it doesn't matter. It's fun, vibrant, energetic, and full of life.

Australian newcomer Jordana Beatty plays the spunky, fun-loving Judy Moody with great spirit and amazing energy. Sometimes a little too much energy! Doesn't she ever get tired?

The books mainly take place during school, but this feature film finds Judy out of the classroom and trying to have the best summer ever.

She soon learns that it might be a lot harder than she had originally planned. Her two best friends are heading off to fun summer adventures of their own, leaving her behind. To make matters worse, her parents are going to Los Angeles for the summer and leaving her and her brother Stink at home with their Aunt Opal, whom they've never met. Things are really low for Judy.

It takes a while for Judy to realize that fun is what you make of it. She is so consumed with having what she thinks is a fun summer that she forgets to enjoy the moment. She had a tightrope walking contest, gets a puke snow cone in the face, and searches for big foot. Sounds pretty interesting.

Heather Graham gets in touch with her younger side again, playing the vivacious and artistic Aunt Opal with as much charisma and energy as all the young kids around her. She is a great match for her younger co-star Jordana and the two have an amazing chemistry on screen.

Preston Bailey plays Judy's younger brother Stink who is focused on finding Big Foot - he has been spotted, so he must exist. He plays the annoying younger brother with amazing comic timing. Bailey is a great young actor and is hilarious in the film. He delivers his lines with such a funny sarcasm, you can't help but laugh at what he's saying. He's the life of the part when Judy is sulking about her latest adventures gone array.

Jaleel White (Family Matters) also makes an appearance in the film as the lovable Mr. Todd. He's the teacher every kid would ever dream of having in fifth grade. He does a great job connecting with the kids and plays a pretty integral part in their summer fun.

This isn't just a kids film, adults will enjoy the fun of it as well. Everyone can relate to their summer vacation, desperately trying to find things to do. Adults will love the fun-loving spirit of the film, but still be able to relate to the nostalgic nature of a great summer vacation.
